Loose cable, slow charging or no charging at all. Often it is debris in the USB-C port or a worn connector; we check it for free.
Back Glass & Housing
Shattered back glass on Galaxy phones lets in dust and moisture. We replace it so the phone is sealed again.

How Long Does Samsung Repair Take?
- Screen replacement: takes longer than on an iPhone because many Samsung screens are bonded to the frame. We give you the time when you check in.
- Battery and charging port: we confirm the time before work starts.
- Water damage and board issues: after a free diagnostic.
Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm. Calling ahead with your model lets us confirm the part is in stock.
Warranty & Parts
All repairs include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. The warranty does not cover new physical damage after the repair, such as drops, cracks or liquid exposure.
If a repair is not worth it for an older phone, we will tell you honestly and show you options, including phones in stock.

How long does a Samsung screen replacement take?
Usually longer than an iPhone screen, because many Galaxy screens are glued to the frame. We tell you the expected time when you drop the phone off.
Do you repair phones other than Samsung?

Can you replace a Samsung or Android battery?

Will I lose my data?
Screen, battery and charging port repairs do not erase your data. Back up your phone if you can, and tell us if your photos are the main concern.
